how much is it worth 1995 TA ?

Hey all, my friend has a 1995 TA black / leather t-tops. manual,
94,000 miles but the clear coat paint is pealing at top of doors, pilar,rear bumper.

its been covered & sitting for years sense he bought his 2003 vette hes said he starts it once in awhile but he said it won't start now and that he don't hear the fuel pump working and that it might be the fuel pump.

he is asking me what they selling for?

1500-2000 but will probably have a tough time selling it and drop the price to get it moved.

I talked to him and he told me $1750. and its mine but i'm trying to sell mine I don't need another car.

Fix it and off it, and depending on what a person is willing to pay for.... personally I would expect a heavy discount if it is not running at time of sale.
