Im talking about the SMOG pump, its belt driven, every pulley on your car generates at least 5-15hp if you take it off so if i take that off its less drag therefore about 7-12hp gain. I talked toa few 350 mechanics.... I doung a Hot Cam today for 290 bucks that will work with no tuning, does that mean i wont have to mess with my heads too? Cuz if thats the case then im all over that! Sleeper 11 second car ftw!

i know thats what i was talking about. The smog pump/AIR pump, its the same thing just different names. Its electric on LT1's. sorry your not running 11's with a hotcam, no tune, stock exhaust. lol WOW maybe mid 13's if your lucky
alternator, power steering, A/C and the crank pulley are the only things driven off the belt on an LT1

13's is fine with me! lol i should be running that now with the built 700r4 thats in it... fresh motor too! Oh and the more i look around the more stuff i find, found a guy that will tune any Lt1 or Ls1 for 80 bucks flat! That includes dyno and all! Hes about an hour away from me.
