LT1's with nitrous step in
whats the average running Lt1 NOT Lt4 thats bone stock and i mean bone stock, untouched engine, trans and rear end weather its a a4 or m6. Running a 100shot or better that you arent trying to literally blow up. Also having full interior, full exhaust and yes to the bumper son, even having exhaust manifolds idc. What do you think would be the fastest e.t a car like this can produce?????? IF there is weight reduction, make sure you list what you have taken out to get that e.t!!!
this is very good reading material for the LS1 guys to know what the Lt1s can do and at that we all know a ls1 with a cam and 100 shot can pull off 10.9s atleast so what can the little LT1's do....
I had talk with other Lt1 guys they threw out a number and Ls1 guys threw out there number, so what can it do????
any proof on video or even timeslips to prove it....i dont want dyno numbers because we all know that dont mean ****
OK HOW ABOUT A STALL AND/OR FULL EXHAUST BUT EVERYTHING ELSE BONE STOCK WITH A SHOT, WHAT DOES UR CAR RUN???

So you want times that have even complete stock exhaust?
Not going to be good because the choke up exhaust is going to limit the nitrous ability to actually gain you power. I have seen heads/cam cars with mild heads and full bolton gain noting from a 175 to a 200 shot, the system gets choked up with all the extra exhaust gasses and the car just doesn't make any more power. The same thing will happen a LOT sooner on a completely stock car.
Maybe to further put it into perspective nitrous is easy ET IF the car is setup to handle it. Setting the car up for nitrous will gain you a lot of NA ET too though. I have beat multiple sprayed LS cars at the track with my heads/cam Caprice, they each had some boltons but not enough.
If you take a completely stock car and just put nitrous on it I think most decent bolton cars will take you.

Its definately in the 7s somewhere with tires, converter, and a 100 shot with a dyno tune. Youre going to have to spend the extra money on the actually dyno tune or at least a mail order. The tires are a must if you want to spray anywhere before the 60 ft. And the converter will make better use of the spray up top. But without a bolt ons(at least intake and exhaust), youre shooting yourself in the foot.
