$725 brand new + shipping I think

I typically don't buy used parts, but thats just me. If you can find one for cheaper and its in good condition, why not get it

I have a Transmission-Specialties 3700 nitrous converter. Excellent quality. It drives almost like stock (starts moving around 1600 rpms) and I cruise fine with it (with the exception of me having a TH350). I would definitely recommend their product to anyone. I'm sold to them. Very reasonable pricing too.

That's a good choice for a stall, I've only heard good things about the Yank SS3600. I would still call up Yank and discuss your build plans with them and see if they recommend a different stall speed.
