well i just went and looked and i thought i had it still bolted on the block but it looks like i took it off. I will have to get back to you on the sleeve. All it is though is a 1/2 stainless steel tube slid into the pulley bolt hole, This allows for the 3.8 bolt to slid in and not allow the pulley to move. I also welded on a washer on the front for the head of the bolt to go up against.

My roommate just finished his today. Came out great. Same idea, except he had the ear from the top that was cut off welded on instead of bolted. Stock alternator worked fine. Lots of tweaking, spacers, and moving of the PS line. Well worth the effort.
