Default Leaning out/losing power with good fuel pressure? bad injector, oxygen sensor, etc??

This could be coincidence but about a month ago I was driving in heavy rain and my air/fuel gauge starting to show my engine leaning out and it was losing power and its pretty much did it ever since. It will start to run lean then go back to normal and it will do this several times while I'm driving. Also it seems alot of times if I open the throttle at least halfway the air/fuel ratio will go back to where it needs to and the car runs like normal. Could one of my oxygen sensor be going bad? or maybe a clogged fuel injector? Thanks for any help.

what's you AFR? is this a wideband or narrowband AFR gauge? what's your WOT fuel pressure and does it hold or bleed down?

o2's aren't read at WOT btw

Never looked at true WOT due to afraid of damaging my piston due to leaning. But when I drive normal my fuel pressure is around 45-47psi but my AFR has gotten higher than 35:1 and I have absolutely no power. Then alot of time when I at least halfway throttle it I get my power back and the AFR goes back to normal.

So maybe it is my o2's sensors. I guess I can check WOT.

oops yeah thats what I meant I changed it. So couldn't it still be an oxygen sensor since it runs horrible not at WOT? But wouldn't I get a code for a bad o2 sensor or is that not always in this situation.

are you sure you didn't mean 35psi?

do you have a wideband or narrowband a/f gauge?

I have a Innovative wideband and yes I meant 35:1 AFR. I'm almost positive now that it is the driver side oxygen sensor that goes to my pcm. I have the ability to only watch one bank with my wideband AFR which is the driver side. So I decided to switch the pcm's o2 sensors. And now my AFR on the driver side is bouncing right around 14.7:1 in normal driving conditions. But I am still losing power and have the same issue but now it is just on the passenger side header because I moved the bad o2 sensor to that side. Hopefully I didn't make that sound to difficult, haha. Sound about right to you???

35:1 is so ridiculously lean I assumed you might psi

14.7:1 in part throttle driving sounds normal. pretty much sounds like the problem is shifting with the movement of your o2 correct? if so I'd replace it, both o2 sensor's mv readings are sent to the pcm
