Is the cam a solid roller (sr) or hydraulic roller (hr)?

if it's a hr like I'm assuming a 30# SVO or 36# injector should be adequate since you're running a wet kit. I run 30# SVOs on my 383. I believe a single intake walbro 255lph pump should be adequate for around 500-600rwhp but at the higher end I imagine it will be running out of efficiency. not sure when the stock fuel lines become a restriction though.

others with more experience at these power levels should be able to share their experiences on stock style single pump/fuel line limitations

A 255 could fuel that motor but you are approaching the limits of those lines flowing enough fuel to support that power.... I was pretty maxed out at 525 RWHP even with a 255 lph fuel pump.. at some point the lines are not big enough to flow enough fuel to stay with the engine's power production... and then **** starts getting hurt....

so first off figure out how much your motor makes powerwise. then you say you're gonna add 200hp worth of spray. wet kit will feed off of your fuel rail so you need to consider it in TOTAL HP produced... if your motor makes 600 and you put a 200 shot on it you need to fuel 800hp.... way more fuel than those tiny lines will support....

If I had 1000 bucks i'd buy an aeromotive inline pump like an A1000, i'd sump my stock fuel tank and put a 10an fitting in the sump. Run 10AN all the way to the front, then split it to two 8's. Feed the back of the rails with the 8's. Get rid of the crossover tube, run twin 6's to a fuellabs' adjustable regulator and then run 6AN braided line all the way back to the tank for your return.... you could probably do all that for 1000 bucks and you'd have room to grow fuel systemwise.... you also need 36ers or 42lb injectors to fuel that motor depending on how radical it is....

So you're looking at a pump, a sump and labor to get it welded into your stock tank, weld a 6AN return fitting into the side top. A fuel pressure regulator and lengths of 10AN, 8AN, and 6AN braided steel fuel line as well as all the fittings you need and a y-block single 10AN in and dual 8AN out.....plus a bit of work to your fuel rails to weld up the crossover tube and possibly welding an fittings on there to replace the hardline the rails use. you could do it for right around 1000 i'm thinking.

Default SR 383 W/Spray

My setup, im running a SR 383...running stock lines/rails, 42lb svo's on a single 255lph pump with no problems. It made 414 on the dyno with full exhaust and a/c on a pretty chilly day . I have a 150-200hp wet shot im setting up on the car next week or two, and I plan to install a second 255lph pump in tank in series with the factory pump, y them together as you can find pics/instructions all over the site, and turn the pump on when i arm the nitrous. Dont know how it will work yet, hopefully good. Will update when im sure...

Well like I said be careful.... cause 614 RWHP (414 plus your 200 shot) is alot of fuel for those tiny fuel lines.... it's possible yes, but the cost of bigger diameter lines is alot less than pistons and a rebuild....just be careful and creep up on the nitrous jets to avoid a lean condition....

I offer a dual intank pump setup that will support over 1000rwhp.

As far as lines, your stock ones will work to around 750rwhp. If you need, more, I can provide a complete line kit for your application.

Feel free to call if you want to discuss in more detail.
