Question moroso cold air intake

i bought a moroso cold ait intake from summit today, 10% off sale this weekend. anyway when i did the salesman told me the moroso company said that the air filter might interfere with the traction control box. i thought that was wierd since its supposed to bolt right one to the engine. anyone ran into this problem ? or is this just like a disclaimer. its a 94 A4 z28 lt1.
