Intake pics with location of hoses?

Intake pics with location of hoses? Ok, title sounds confusing, but I need a picture of a LT1 intake with all the locations of the vacuum attachments. I'm about ready to put the motor in and cannot remember for the life of me where all the vacuum lines go on the intake.
I don't have EGR or AIR btw.

well I don't have pics but the small nipple on the DS of the intake is for the EGR, big one is for the brakes. on the PS of the intake the bottom nipple is for the FPR and the top nipple is for....hm I'll hafta think about that one..
edit:forgot about the opti vent, that one is behind the EGR under the brake booster and of course the PCV is the hole w/o a nipple.. still confused on the PS top nipple tho sorry

Passenger side is the HVAC vacuum hose on top (goes to the check valve by the heater core) and the vacuum hose for the fuel pressure regulator on bottom.
