I will be takin this car for it's first track run ever tomorrow night.
I'm expecting the worst but would like to get your opinions on what it might run.
Current mods are 4.10's, an aggressive tune, some miscellaneous weight loss, a stock LS1 aluminum driveshaft, TB bypass, and a cheap welded thrush muffler dumped after the axle. And some brand new street tires to make it spin.
Any thoughts on this?
Edit: I'll post up my times later so we can criticize my performance, lol.

If you can get traction, which I doubt being a newbie, 13.60s. But I am guessing a 14.30 is in your future.
Wish I could have popped my cars cherry, but she is like the fat chick that got skinny and hot. Extremely used and abused by the time she is older with no turning back.

Well there is not much you can do. Id drain your washer fluid, pump up the front tires to hard, remove the rear and passangerside seats, spear tire/jack. Id avoid the water box, clean off the tires and then let the car leave off idle and what ever the stock stall will give is prob the best your gonna get.
4.10's may spin so your going to be playing with throttle depending on the 1st run goes.
You could also pull the filter (air), keep it in the car, pull off the side of the track and put it back in.

Unfortunately there is no way I can avoid the water box at this track.

My friend was in his 00 Z28, his best run of the night was a 12.7, on this pass he actually went sideways, poor M6.
