Default Oil doesn't look right *pics*

I changed my oil and the old oil that came out looks grey and cloudy when i stir it around with my finger. I was wondering if this is maybe coolant or very fine metal shavings? Both head gaskets where replaced last summer and there has been several oil changes and no problems with the oil up until today. 1995 z28 and motor is stock. Hopefully you guys can make out what i'm talking about with this picture.

Any advice on what to do next? or if you guys need any more info that i haven't provided?

Moisture in the oil is normal especially when a engine sits for a period of time or when the engine isn't ran long enough to heat the oil and burn off the condensation. If was because of a blown headgasket you would notice very quickly trust me!

Has the car been sitting outside and not driven? If not, then the chances of this being condensation are about zero. Head gasket time, and if they were just replace last summer it's time to figure out why it's eating them.

Did you hear any loud knocking when the engine was running fresh cold?

After the oil change, have you run it and felt a difference in start up?

Thats water in your oil for sure. Start checking little things first could be headgasket. But word of thumb when something goes wrong change the little 10 things first before you jump to the 1 big thing. If you've changed your oil and started it up seems to run good run it for a little bit and changed your oil again see if it looks the same. My .02

Yep. when your oil starts looking like coffee with heavy cream its time to put in some head gaskets usually. At least once in my past it actually meant a cracked block, which is not so likely in your case. If you pull your spark plugs you'll probably even be able to determine which cylinder has the leak.

Also, DO NOT put a bunch of block sealer or other liquid band aid in your engine. Just go ahead and replace the head gaskets rather than pouring your money down the drain.

The car gets driven maybe once per week, for a decent cruise around town. It was also started and backed out of the garage every so often but not actually driven.

I haven't ran it with fresh oil yet as i'm in middle of a header install. There was a soft knocking noise but only for a minute or two as the motor warmed up, then it went away.

I have all the spark plugs here in front of me, two of the plugs have a brown stain on the white portion (porcelain?) all the others are completely white.

I checked the coolant and it seems normal, its nice and green.

Are you talking the electrodes are completely white or the porcelain? What do the electrodes look like?
