There is no reason NOT to go with 4.10's. With your 6th gear ratio, it's about perfect for these cars. 3.73's would be a waste of time and money from the stock rear ratio.

umm, they havent been a waste of time for me... most m6 guys go with 410s but you can def go 373 and feel the difference. i would go 410s now, though

I'm guessing you have 3.42..if so, going to 3.73 IMO would be a waste of $$$ 4.10 would be my choice or just leave what you have in and put the money towards some LT's or other performance mods.

4.10's would be your best bang for your buck. These would be my personal choice.

I agree 4.10s for an M6. But I also agree with an A4 3.73s are nice. Especially if you are going to spray it any time soon. 4.10s may be too much gear if you ever think of spraying it.

4.10's

and no, you will not "lose any mid RPM torque??".

Gears do the exact opposite, they multiply torque.

Whatever "mid RPM torque" you have now will be multiplied by roughly 17%

4.10's all the way! The best part about them is the fact that they keep the rpm's high (for me anyways) so your power band is closer, aka less downshifting.
