All these guy's have pretty much said what needs to be said.
LT1's will never make enough power to break a 9".
I'v got a LS1 Alum DS and it's holding up just fine.
Definitely bring that psi up to 18 and heat those DR's or slicks up and you'll be getting some good 60 foot times.
Oh and tune in that suspension(if it's adjustable)!

As already mentioned get some SLP or UMI 3pt SFC's and get some relocation brackets and an adjustable tunnel mount TA. However with a 6 speed get an SLP or other line lock and a 2 step box so you don't have to watch the tach when trying to launch the car. Also I notice you have a 3.70 gear, why not 4.11's? You don't have to worry about breaking that 9" it's 100x stronger that that weak *** 10 bolt.

I was wondering the same. Why not 4.11's (that is what it is on 9's right?) Is the car a DD? Too each is their own though

Ahah, you answered my question! Go with 4.11's (i think thats the gear for 9")

Not much of a difference in mileage and cruising speed and you'll be a bit quicker and faster

I've got 4.10's and I'm around 5000 at 100 trap speed in third. you should be fine because most M6's have 4.10s.

If you have 3:70's right now you will see very little difference at the track going to 4:11. MAYBE a 10th.

I'd spend that money and effort elsewhere and you would see bigger gains.

Great job man, seems like your car is running very well with bolt-ons and tune!

Just curious, what kind of tune?

LCA brackets and adj. TQ arm would help as well. Heat those tires up, and leave harder..Keep leaving a little harder each time, till that car doesnt bog out of the hole. Practice always helps out too.

Your times dont seem too far off the mark for not launching hard! I know you are at sea level but it does depend on your barometric pressure etc...

I ran 13.3@105 in 3000'DA bolt on 6spd and a terrible 60' you have more in there!

Well the difference between 3.70 and 4.11 at the track is he'll be crossing the finish line at 6000 - 6100 rpm instead of 5300 so his car will et and mph better. As for Johhny LT1 Runner the difference is you have an a4 not an m6 so the 4.10 will respond differently in your car.
I have an S60 and I just ordered a set of 4.30's for mine and my car is an m6 so in 6th gear my final drive is 2.15.

I ran a 13.1 @107 on a 2.03 60' with mods in sig plus some nitto dr's, had the at 18psi launching at 3500, 3k and it would hook HARD, but bog bad. I know my car has a 12 in her, just not sure if I can get her there, yet. Go ahead and throw those 1.6's on there man, don't worry about running them with stock springs, my 167k springs are doing fine, they actually make quite a difference.

Your times seem about right to me with the nittos, most guys seem to cut 2.0's or 1.9's at best with them. I would strongly engourage ditching the nittos and picking up some Mickey Thompsons. Also I don't think changing gears would be worth the hassle, your 3.70's are fine.

1.6's on the stock springs is not such a great idea... They're maxed out w stock rockers above 5800 IMO
