Measure twice, order once.
Odds are you'll end up with 7.150" with stock lifters.

What James said. Measure yourself. It's just not worth the risk.

You only asked for head gasket thickeness and how much the heads have been milled. What about deck height, cam choice, cylinder head choice (aftermarket?) and lifter choice?

That's why you need to measure yourself.

true, the deck height on the block is stock, LE spec'ed bullet racing cam, stock gm castings, stock LT1 lifters

If your heads weren't milled then you could say stock length would suffice, but you're likely to need a shorter PR.

If the pushrod is too short, you won't get full travel of the valve, increased valve guide wear, increased overall friction, reduced power, and accelerated failure of the valve/guide/rocker/spring/etc.

If I were you I would use stock pushrods. That way they will bend before any damage is done to your poor car from you working on it!

I don't think I'm at 400hp probably a solid 330. I would like to mill the heads but I'm scared of P to V contact. I don't know. I do know it has got some ***** now!

Why the hell are you keeping your stock lifters? Dude go NSA! I hope you are'nt using your stock springs?

the stock lifters were fine, ive got enough spring to compliment 2 of your cams, im running crane duals, 10 degree locks and retainers, manely ss 2.02/1.60 valves on some nicely p&p'ed heads, and a nice bumpstick from LE

Nice, you might be back up to stock horsepower now?

If I changed to bigger valves I would have gone with LT4 sodium filled or titainium, solid ss is too heavy!
