Mike, you don't have to cut-up the dash for a cage.



Fits well against the headliner too.



Make sure you tie into the suspension mounts and frame connectors if you want to get the most out of your cage/roll bar.

Thanks for all the great advice! For some reason I couldnt get the site to come up the last few days?
Im going to use this car, and Im looking into local chassis shops to do the work. 6point 8 or even 10pt is what im thinking about now. I have No intentions stopping the mods anytime soon and the cage is basically the last thing to do to the chassis. Then its onto HP and possibly a th400/350.
Funny thing is this car was bone stock 1 1/2 yrs ago.

I saw Gizmo's car in person last yr. Its bad to the bone and what I would like to end up with. Great guy to pit next to also!!

Mike,

On the roll bar/cage, tie it into the suspension properly and it will reap big rewards. Forget bolt-in or over the seats. Bend all plates to conform to the floor, etc. Every little detail counts. PM me or call me any time.
