Do you think it's between 5-10 pounds? If so I might remove mines.

Does our cars already have some factory vent pressure valve on them

Whats the purpose of the white plastic thing with a valve in it that is connect to a small hose right under our car on the rear driver side on the body .
The guy from the Dyno shop broke the small clip on mine.If you press on the valve in it,it release pressure and it smells gas...

Maybe im just wrong but here is a pic.

Fuel tank vent valve: http://shbox.com/1/fuel_pump_wiring.jpg

When you put fuel in the tank, the air that is in the tank is purged through that vent valve. It's a one-way valve.

So air is pressurize outside by this valve when you flling up... right. So i assume that it could do the job of releasing pressure if it ever built up... right...or wrong.

Not want to hijack but what would be the simple way for a guy(like me) that is gonna do the fuel line relocation(already got the lines from speedinc) but dont wanna tear everything apart.I will take off the engin bay stuff but dont wanna bother with the rear inner fender canister and lines.

So of course i thought about caping the hard line under the car(the one next the fuel pressure and fuel return) but i want to be sure that the tank will be vented or be pressure proof

The vent doesn't pressurize anything. When you put gas in the tank, the volume of air in there needs to go somewhere because it's being displaced by fuel. It escapes through the vent valve.

When you do the fuel line relocation, you'll need to extend the line for the purge valve somehow. Get crafty.
