Thanks guys, we wanted to go to the track this weekend but they were all closed, the goal is mid 11s on motor, 10s on spray. That's going to take tuning and practice, but some thing to work towards. Far as torque numbers, who knows, I'd be more curious to see what it runs at the track. LS1X2 knows what hes talking about, he's had multiple 10 second F-bodies and has a legit mid 10 second C5 Z.

Jay, Elkyss

I have had it out at a few meets so far, I'll try and take it out to some more.

No, we didn't have time to hook that stuff up. Part of me would like to see what it's at, but this tune is really so much so we could get the car running and driving. When we do the LS1 computer and dyno/street tune, I'll hook my Fast Wide Band up and see what happens.

Tiago,

No, you just want to live out turbo 30th Z28 days again.

im glad i now know there are faster cars out there than my 73. I could read the OP were it says this tune has been untouched. I meant he has a good starting point with the tune but I myself would be excited about the TQ numbers the car put down. Why dont you go back to swinging on some "fast car" boys nuts
I'll not bother educating you about tq converter slippage and chassis dynos. A built lt1 is not going to make less tq than it has cubic inches unless you drop the comp to 8:1.

You got me on those FAST cars. I just aspire to be required to wear a helmet when I got to the track. Maybe when I grow up I'll be able to make that dream happen.

You didn't answer your phone, not like I was calling you for child support or anything.

You know how we do

snk-huntr,

My auto breaking isn't really a concern, I have a built T56 and the stuff for the conversion. Waiting till the auto pukes to order the street twin, which is the last thing I need.
