Default The new 385 is off the Dyno

My new 385 is home today.
Made 632 hp @ 7000 Thats where we shut the dyno down. It was still pulling though.

533 lb/tq @ 5200

Motor is a LT1 227 AFR headed solid roller. I am running a carb though. I'm not smart enough to run fuel injection.

I'm out

Was this N/A or did you have a power adder aswell? A dyno graph would be nice if you got one.

I will agree here. 600 n/a with a 23* head is a hard to achieve.

Was this on pumpgas?

What carb and intake?

How much compression?

Dyno headers? What size?

Congrats, should run very well.

I think I am close to the 600 mark, with these rounds of upcoming mods should get me there for sure.

Its comp ported AFR heads.

Cam is 272/279 661/642 on 107 lobe solid roller

950 pro systems carb ( a borrowed carb) its was too fat also
maybe a little more power when tuned in better
We tried a 1050 Dominator on it but that made less power and about 20 lb/tq less.

40 degrees of timing

Super Vic intake

12.6 compression

headers weren't anything special 1 3/4 equal length. I'm running 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 step headers in the car

this was on 110 sunoco fuel

I'm hoping to run in the 10.20's range..

Thanks everyone

Foke that spring eatin **** right right there. My springs have 8500 miles on them and lost 10lbs. My setup looks flawless. I LIKE getting up on the interstate and driving an hour and a half, sitting in traffic cruising for 3 plus hours. You aint with that cam and have the valvetrain live like mine has. I like my Bauer cam very much thank you.

I am about to go faster with the same cam.

YOU know it would pick up a good bit with more cam, mine is only 254@.050 on a 108, small really for this setup. But I like my street reliability.

Fastfatboy you have a stock Super Vic on your setup still? You need to the plenum worked over and that could add 20+hp.
