Default Small, Stupid and Annoying!

this almost seems ridiculous to be posting up here but its driving me nuts! its the roller for my drivers side door. its completely worn gone and its very hard to open and close the door... it keeps on 'locking' and is not fun. does anyone have a part number for this little bugger ? or a place where i can buy it from ? thanks

It looks like you could grind down the top of the shaft that the worn-out piece rotates on, then slid it off the top. the make/find a new piece, install it, and weld (or JB-weld) something small on top (washer ?) so it doesn't come off the top of the shaft.

Or you could just remove the spring.

i'm fairly certain mine needs some sort of lubrication right now too. but that is beyond needing lubrication, lol.

tryed rock auto couldnt find anything.

as far as removing it. i havent given it to much thought. i think its a regular door pin that might pop out. if not as stated above ill probably cut the head off and weld a small washer to the top. no biggie either which way tho. i just finished removing my engine harness so i have other things that take priority right now lol ill update this when i get around to it tho. thanks for the replys guys
