I have a question for you...while changing the water pump on our white LT1 WS6 I found a vacume line that was loose that I have no idea where goes. Its wrapped up in the wiring harness and comes out right by the MAF sensor plug. Would you mind looking at your car real quick and seeing where it goes? The only place I could find it might go is into the bellows right in front of the throttle body but it won't fit into the hole there because of a airfoil inside of the bellows (I am not sure if its factory or not.) If you would take a min to look and let me know I would appreciate it!

OK this is the vacume line in question....it was just laying under the MAF when I found it. Its obviously been off for a while.

I would think it would go into that hole in the intake tube just to the right of it in the picture but it wont because there is a plastic airfoil inside of the bellows that blocks the hole. So first off should it go into that hole...if so is the airfoil aftermarket and in the way or is it just in the intake tube wrong?

At least the water pumps not leaking anymore!
The small amount of air drawn in goes right into the engine. At least plug the hole in the bellows and put a filter where the blue vacuum elbow is. (this is assuming the end at the intake is still hooked up)

The hole in the bellows is plugged by that airfoil. I cant feel any air being sucked by the line at all.
