Check number 5 spark plug and wire.
Make sure the wire isnt damaged or burned and the spark plug gap is fine, and no cracks on the porcelain.

ok replaced wire on 5.. sparks fine now..
still missing.. new problem.. driving the car after replacing wires and car just dies..
and battery is totally dead.. so i jump it.. had to charge for a while.. and when i turned it on.. i heard a knock.. but i didn't hear it before the car died.. and it's only when i rev.. not at idle.. uploading a video now.. aslo double checked under valve covers .. everything still in tac.. car still misses under more than 1/4 throttle.. and now its knocking..

There seems to be alot of motors letting go here lately. I guess they are just showing there age and the beatings they took. Yea that engine sounds like its done drain the oil see how shiny it is.

Put some SAE 50 in it and trade it in at a dealer for an LS1, i would not put another dime in that car

Yeah sounds worse than the last two knocking motors I pulled over the last year.
My roommates wife killed three of them since I've known them, two with knock 165k, 66k, then the latest just lost oil pressure and she drove for a few minutes til she felt she found a safe place to pull over, 127k. I just stabbed my spare 166k motor I had laying around into the car, I hope she manages to not kill it. It treated me well without a issue so I'm hoping and praying she doesn't kill a 4th one!

lmao.. who this?? and yea.. dsm just had bent valves though.. and yea he look'd at it.. said the same thing everyone here said.. and yea he said too late for thick oil too lol.. and idk.. this car ran great and all of a sudden out of no where this happened.. oh well.. back the day i bought it when he said "it's a piece of ****".. it happens. live n learn..

I use to have a couple DSM's they were awesome if you didnt mind them breaking every other day LOL. How did you bend the valves jump timing or throw a timing belt?

threw some balancer belt.. jumped into timing chain.. and yea .. lol.. jump'd timing.

Did you not get them memo when you got the DSM about first thing you do is delete the balancer shaft's.
