what set ups are you running abd what kinda of numbers are you putting down

JE 11:1 flat tops, Eagle SIR light weight 5.7'' rods and a stock crank. I also had alot of weight taken off of everything and I run impala gaskets for a little bump in compression. Times are in my Sig.

my junk made 414rwhp stock short block LE2 heads intake and cam, and S60 rear, swapped to a street twin clutch and 355 and went down to 408

I dont have the stock block in the car anymore. Its got a 355 now, but I would have sprayed the stocker. I still have it as a back up.

im building a 358 not 355 with ross pistons 13.1 with ported stock heads with a 621 lift h/c cam will see how it goes with a 4000 pi stall and some other goodies

My old solid roller 355" last summer made 455 rwhp through a 6000 RPM non-lockup converter and 5.13 gears. Flat tops, stock compression, stock valve sizes, deck, gasket thickness, 175cc intakes, 68cc exhaust, etc. Ran a best of 10.14 @ 129.85 with a 1.29 60', @ 3250 lbs. This year, it's bored .060" over and much lighter rotating assy. Haven't had time to put it on the dyno yet. Fingers crossed.

Big-assed, close LSA solid roller (about 280 @ .050" on 106 centers) and dead nuts machine work. There are faster ones, Angelo DiTocco on the east coast (NJ?) is probably the fastest Super Stock LT1 on the planet, Chuck Norton's former car, now in Las Vegas with a lady driver, and Gary Emmons in Houston has a really fast one. We have to use factory castings, and are limited to stock volumes. Take some out of the ports in one place, either weld or add epoxy in another to make up for it. They don't flow anything like a ported head. My intakes only flow about 250 cfm. Ring seal, ring seal, ring seal.
