Default What should I gap my spark plugs at?

I'm going to put on full exhaust hooker LT, Catted Y pipe, GMMG exhaust and it has a Moroso CAI. it will only have basic bolt on for now and I'm going to change the spark plugs and spark wires while I'm doing the headers.

They are TR55, should I gap them at .45?

IIRC stock gap is .050" so that's where I would gap them at.
