Best piston rings?

Im gathering parts to rebuild my motor, what piston rings do you guys recommend?

Ive seen low, and also light rings?

This is for a track only car, so the less friction the better.

vacuum pump? i like total seal gapless top maybe a napier second.

If you're using forced induction or nitrous I'd recommend Speed Pro Hellfire top Total Seal 2nd with low tension oil rings if you're running a vacuum pump.

Would a vac pump be benefical if im running a low tension ring?

Im new to vac pumps, thats why Im asking.

you need a vacuum pump with low tension rings, at least i would run one since its a strictly strip setup. you guys aren't recommending a gapless second are you?

no..if your running n2o or boost gap your rings for the levels you will be using of that power adder..

if you run a low tension ring it is best to run a vac pump or atleast a valve cover/header evap system..

i wouldnt run my **** with out one or the other but that me..some might..a vac pump on a good motor can yeild 50hp extra..becareful with the pump because if you run to much vac you can suck oil out of spot like pins an such.
