Are you planning on OTVC or stock routing? IMO, stock routing is better.

Although if you're set on the OTVC, do a search for 99BlancoSS. He sells an MSD OTVC kit using the 8.5mm wires.

I keep burning them everywhere i try to route them i went through three sets of wires trying to route them in the stock location. And finally got the over the valve covers but i just cant seem to route them right on these damn shorties. Is there a trick to routing them in the stock location because they either burn on the header or they get skinned from the serpentine belt.

I would like to have them in the stock location and it takes me like 9 hours for me to get them routed each time.

I have mine routed behind the accessory bracket (the driver side is a piece of cake). You have to get creative with keeping the wires away from the headers. The MSDs do use a larger boot than other wires which does bring them closer to the headers, but strategic zip-tying and/or brackets should take care of that. If you want added insurance, you can use a set of fiberglass sleeves.

8.5mm is what I'd recommend. I would avoid cutting and crimping your own wires, if possible.

I bought most of the MSD stuff I used to make my wires from Summit Racing, and a little bit from JEGS. I know Summit used to carry their bulk wire. I suspect most big parts houses will carry it.
