Default Squeaking. (Yes I searched)

So ok new sound, there is a major squeaking noise coming from the rear of my car. It seems to go with the rotation of the wheel and as I hit bumps or turns it does not worsen. As I slow down it stops, Thing is its a constant squeak does not increase speed as I speed up. Although it does get a little louder. Any ideas?

Yeah my f ing box of bolts does the same thing. Ive done so much to get rid of it. I finally build a custom box for a 10 inch sub. It drives me crazy.

Nope, does not matter if I go over bumps or im on a road smooth as glass...Squeak squeak squeak as the wheel turns. No increase in squeak as I accelerate.
