You're foolish to think that .4 in the 60' EQUALS .4 off in the 1/8.

well then EXPLAIN it. I asked if I was missing something for a reason. TO ME if I go 60 feet 4 tenths of a second faster, then as long as I run the same the rest of the way down the track as I did on my 8.47 run, then I just knocked 4 tenths off of that. I am trying to use physics here and physics tells me, if I go 60 feet faster then I will cross the 1/8 faster because I am up and moving quicker...

I am not saying I am right, but that is how my mind interprets this and I cant think of any other way...SO

If I am wrong explain it to me so I can be educated, not sit here wondering.

Are you sure your not thinking about reaction time joe?? I know reaction time has nothing to do with my 1/8 or 1/4 E/T's but 60ft time definately does

On my 12.3 pass it was a 7.78@86 with a 1.58 60ft. I had full bolt-ons besides ewp. The car mad 272rwhp when it done this. Im saying your mph is off cause your making 400+ rwhp. Im not sure how much that da hurts the mph tho.

dude according to that my MPH was high...

If you ran a 7.78 at 86 and I ran an 8.4 at 86, my MPH is screaming which shows that my top end is stout as **** if thats the case!

I am almost .8 SLOWER in the 1/8 mile and trapping at the same speed. If I can pull a faster 60', like a 1.6, that brings the E/T down to 8.0 AT LEAST, and my bottom end will be alot faster on paper!

The 1/4 should tell alittle more about your mph. With 400+ rwhp you should be 112+

You also have to take into consideration the possibility of bogging down with a lower 60ft which could hurt you. You should still trap fairly high even with a slower 60ft. It shows the hp your car is making. The 1/8th speed and HP you have just doesnt add up. I could care less about the et, its the mph thats important IMO. Its low for a m6 and w/ all the junk you have done to it. Everyone is trying to explain but you refuse to listen.

If you think about it, your mph is actually higher because you had more time to build that MPH. It all makes perfect sense!

LMAO, Somebody quote that ****.

If you think your going to go from 2.1 60fts to 1.6's with only 4.10's & draglites your going to need lots of weight loss. I think your going to need some suspension products to get those 60ft times.

m6 cars cutting 1.6 60fts are also pretty dialed in.

What's hard about 1.6's? I got them on bone stock suspension with 27in Hoosiers and 3.73's. My only has the spare removed.

Again, what cam are you running? I see you have LE heads. I would be livid if my H/C car didn't go low high 6's to low 7's.

Matt he is faaarrr from dialed in. It's lean, really lean and still has 3.42s when the setup was specd for 4.10s. He refuses to quit racing it although its dangerously lean, hopefully it holds together til he gets back and, we tune it.

With his gears, driving and tune being off the car doesn't even come alive til the 1/8th.

Trust me IF he doesn't melt it down and gets it geared tuned and hooking. It will dyno 420ish on a dynojet and trap / ET accordingly.

The cam is a custom xfi grind, 220's intake and .570 lift
