your fuel pressure shouldnt be 43 at idle unless the vac line is off the reg. and i seriously doubt you "jumped time".fella's correct me if im wrong but... this would be catastrofic if it had it had actualy happened....wouldnt the damn gear/chain break 1st???

I would double check the wires that go into the top of the coil. I had a problem like this once myself. Also i do doubt that your engine jumped timing, i have a 1994 x sheriff's caprice with just over 289,000 on the ticker and those are some hard miles.

after i replaced the opti and it didnt crank i was a little clueless. i had ordered the s bent hose for my evap system, cause it was rotted to hell. i put that hose on it and it fired right up.and i can tell theres other vacuum leaks. alse it used to be hard to crank. now it busts off as soon as i hit the key.
