SES after Header install

SES after Header install This **** is mysterious. I am already tuned for LTs and have emissions tuned out. Today it has been running terrible, it feels like it's missing on more than one cylinder. 3 plugs had to be pulled to get the header in, so that is my first lead. I'd get the codes pulled but pepboys is the only place that does it for OBD1 around here and the Tech guy is out. So damn. Any Ideas?

Hard to say what it is without knowing the code. If your tuned then it shouldn't be that nor would it be running that terribly. Possibly a burned wire but I haven't heard of that throwing a code.
I thought advanced auto has a OBD2/1 Scanner main reason for saying that is they always have some extension/adapter off of the main plug on the hand held why would they have that if it was just OBD2. Dunno though.

Could be o2 sensors. Unplug the MAF and it will let the car run in open loop and see if it runs better since you cant get it scanned. When you get it scanned you will show a MAF code along with the other one but just disregard it.

Alright, I had some time to go by advanced and tried to have the codes pulled and I got nothing. The SES light will not flash any codes.
I have already checked all plug wires and they're all good. I was thinking O2's because they are the 16 year old originals. I'll try the open loop thing.
