I'm not knocking a good deal but I had several issues when I used a set of LT Dynatechs. Fitment was a big issue. They rubbed the bottom of my car and I had to trim the steering knuckle. The reason I had to part with them is I couldn't use an aftermarket starter (mini starter). I traded them to a friend and installed them on his car. I had to trim his steering knuckle big time! I was kinda worried I'd get the boy killed or something. And the front bolt holes on both side just wouldn't line up. I had to cobble, well grind on a header bolt. Come to think of it, I had problems getting my oil level sensor in too. But my hookers have the same problem though.
But this is just my experience. I'm sure everyone has different opinions on them.

Mine didn't but they came on a car I bought. I wasn't sure if someone cut em off or what. I switched exhaust twice and each time I had to cut the exhaust off and re-weld.
But, the ones I had may have been way old. Like I said, they came on a car I bought. I don't know their history other than the problems I had.

I removed a set of Dynatechs because the plug access was horrible. If you use a generic spark plug you will burn the boots constantly, very tight fitting headers. I compared all the easily available plugs from the local parts stores and ended up with a Champion that was a bit shorter than the rest but they were still a PITA.

Dynatech's are certainly FLP's. I still have the original FLP complete setup on my car. 1.75" LT with the off-road insert pipes on their Y-pipe. The system fit like a glove and was very easy to install. I think most of the problem with this header system is the fact that no two f-body's are the same. These cars have huge tolerance differences and it causes one part to fit perfect on car A, but not car B. The only thing I will agree with 100% is the plug access sucks! I have dreaded changing the plugs on this car every time I needed to, but over the years I have come up with a very specific way to reach all the hard locations. It also helps if you have a tubular K-member. If you can buy them brand new for $300 that is a very good deal. It's probably worth it at that price to take a chance.
FYI: I was actually able to keep the wires from burning by doing a custom set of 9mm's with "made for you" loom holders. Since I installed the custom set I have never had a single problem burning wires. It is very close and difficult to snap on a few locations, but patience always prevails on my setup.

i have a set of dynatech lts (no egr) and they fit fine. i havent burnt a wire and no grinding was required on anything during install, and everything lines up just fine. Only clearance problem i had was with the oil cooler, and that applies to a lot of lts
