LS1 SPEED

deeper 9 sec. club : UPDATE

I posted on the fastest list, but did not say much trying to keep it for the LTx race. The race did not go to well due to an Opti failure 1st pass, but hey that's racing.

results

1/4 et - PA - 9.85 ~ 1/4mph -138 ~ 1/8 et - 6.29 ~ 1/8 mph - 110~ 60ft - 1.41

200 shot
easy launch..has went 1.32-134 with old SS4000 on 150 shot
window switch at 3400
shift points too high..never adjusted from 150 shot
full street trim..full exhaust, both seats and PS
little fat .. 11.5:1
21 degree's timing

drove it to and from track and I do not feel it's too bad for 1st time out

I plan to be back out going deeper in the 9's soon.

Grats on the new best.....was really dissapointed to see so many of the top contenders in M/PA bow out early due to issues. But as you said "thats racing", and why everyone should show up.

yeh we did have many people dropping out with issues throughout the day, but everyone still had fun and that's what the LTx Race is about

I have vids of the car on spray, but not this pass. I do not want to get greedy as this car is a driver and something I do not want to be tearing apart. I will go 250, but that's about it as it built for it, but with anything something can occur.
I guess worse case it gets taken out of winter for a refresh and if so more upgrades
