Don't protect him. He may be ripping you off and you need to fix it quick.

Also, someone may know him and can get in contact with him for you.

POST THE NAME.

Well at least file a dispute, then after so many days if the dispute is not settled then you can get your money back from the seller. I've had to do this several times since ebay likes to sell junk. I had a company sell me some tires that supposedly had 70 percent life, instead they had 30 percent life and it looked like they took them off the rim with a prybar, destroying the bead.

Why is everyone so scared to venture outside of the lt1 section?

https://ls1tech.com/forums/negative-trader-feedback-48/

And I always send $$ from a credit card through paypal so I can dispute the charge if they try to scam me.

Hopefully it gets worked out. Be SURE he did indeed screw you over before you start calling him out in that section. I had some douche on here saying I screwed him over on a EWP and never sent it to him. It got to the point where I figured the $150 was worth sending back to him to have my name cleared despite me having sent the part. After I refunded his money through Paypal, I got a letter sent to my house from him with a picture of the EWP on his kitchen table. He's lucky I'm a nice guy and live far from him or he'd be getting a foot shoved up his a**.

I'd wonder if that could be lumped in with mail fraud. Federal crime. Bad stuff. You should look into it and see if your statute of limitations still covers it...

It's all in the past. $150 is pocket change and not worth the hassle. It will find it's way back to him in the end.

If you used a CC with paypal, call your CC company and let them know what is going on. Most will help you out.

WOW that was very sarcastic of him to send you a pic. hopefully that water pump failed and overheated his bucket!

OP
gather as much info as you can on this guy and post it all up $450.00 is a decent amount of hard earned cash.
