But there is a couple im concerned bout there is one goes from smog pump to this valve looken thing thats bolted on with coil and it has a plung in senser can i throw that valve thing away to? And theres one more that comes from egr to another valve looking thing that the vacum line plugs into and its bolted to the intake with a senser plug in to so can i delete this vavles? The smog (AIR) pump and EGR are two completely unrelated systems and share no common components.

The connector/plug you're seeing are part of the AIR pump recall components, and they can also be trashed. The EGR valve and solenoid can all be removed and blocked off using block-off plates. Keep in mind though that since you have an OBDII car you will need programming to clear the codes or else you'll get SES lights out the ying yang.

The AIR system aids in pre-heating the catalytic converters on cold startup.
