Default Getting frustrated

Ok heres the dealeo

The car is a 1976 Datsun 280Z
Engine - 94 LT1 w/ sanderson block hugger headers
Tranny - 89 WC T-5
Electronics - 93 PCM (eprom chip) with standalone harness (both for a b-body)
Jet performance Stage 2 chip

For some reason I am not getting the injectors to fire.
I have 44psi of fuel, opti works fine (will run all day on starter fluid)
Vats was supposed to be removed from the chip as well as smog stuff.
I bought a VATS bypass module just in case.

Checked injectors and they work fine if I connect with a pigtail to the battery
used a noid light and no lights what so ever. Ohmed out the connectors and I'm getting 12v to the injectors just no ground.

I'm almost at wits end with this and I dont really want to take it to a shop.

any help would be great
Thanks!

Make sure the PCM is grounded properly (small black wire, pin C32). If you confirm it's grounded, scan the PCM for any codes (if possible).

Pull the Jet chip and run on the stock one, install the vats bypass.

On the PCM, there are four big connectors. C is gray/clear (pretty sure it's all labeled too).

I would also ditch the Jet Chip...sometimes they do more harm than good.

Yeah I'll get a chip reburned with emmissions a/c ect deleted. Unless of course If I could sell the 93 ecu with harness and get a new harness for my 94 ecu...

If you have the option of ditching the 93 PCM, I would DEFINITELY jump on that. Keep in mind thought that you'll need to pick up a MAF too (or have it tuned out).
