Its pretty straight forward disconnect the two lines and there are two 10mm bolts that hold it in. Use the holes in the pulley to get to them. Once you replace it fill the reservoir start the car and turn the wheel lock to lock about 20 times with the tires in the air. Its nice to have someone there to watch the fluid.

Lock to lock...all the way to the left, then all the way to the right.

^ What he said, but just put the cap on the reservoir loosely when doing this, so the air can escape from the system.

I'm not sure if it comes with a pulley or not, but if not most auto parts stores have a tool to remove the pulley that you can rent. As for the coolant lines I never removed anything other then the alternator to get some extra room.

Yeah the pressure line threads in there and that one can be a pita sometimes. The line from the reservoir is just on there with a clamp

There really is only 3 lines that connect the rack, reservoir, and pump. The hardest part of the whole thing is to reconnect the curved line behind the pump.

buy a pulley remover/installer from the parts store. having the pulley off of the pump makes it so much easier to remove and install the pressure line.

Hi.
You may want to add an aftermarket cooler..they cost about
$20.00 and install easy with barbs and clamps.you can use brass plugs on the factory in line cooler or just buy the one piece hose...have a blessed day.............jim
