Damn Mike. I can't believe that broke like that, but like Chris said keep at it and you will finally get it straightened out.

Thanks guys. Im on a mission to get this thing worked out now. I do have Madmans help and he gave me all the baseline settings to get started. I just need to figure out whats wrong with the car. I have a feeling the +PA and the yoke were causing most if not all of my problems.

Can you focus in on the splines? Looks like they twisted before it broke.

I had just pulled off the DS to check it when I put on the new tunnel mount TA and DSL.
Some guys were telling me a twisted yoke could be my prob all along so I checked it. Looked good then and the splines look pretty straight in the yoke except where it exploded. That was the best pic I could get on my phone.

New MW yoke slips on and off the output like butter. Doesnt appear the output is twisted at all. Should have it buttoned up soon. If the weather is good going back to the track on friday.

Just the negative PA in itself will completely f up your launch. I'm still surprised your diff took that abuse, did you notice excessive wheelhop?

No wheel hop at all but on the QTPs i would almost bounce the rim off the ground during the hit. Didnt have that prob on my old 27" QTPs. The MT DRs seemed to take it fine. Weird I know.

Yes you dont wanna break the oil pump in the middle of a run
Working on the bugs now w the new set up
I should be back at least one more time before the end of the season with the new pump.
Also some other motor parts got damaged thats why I coulnt make it to the shootout

Get the billet oilpump, I had a Melling break and take out my old 355"LT1. I would check to make sure your driveshaft is not too long since the car is lowered and you have a 9" which the driveshaft should be shortened already but something to check.

It is shortened but for my S60 not a 9".
Guess I totally forgot to mention in here. I got the car back together and took it for a test drive. Trans works just fine but the rear seal and bushing busted causing it to leak at the yoke. So I decided if I have to pull the tail housing to get out the bushing, Im just gonna swap the trans now t the TH350. So I pulled the T56 and the 350 is sitting under the car right now waiting on the UMI Th350 cross member to get here.

Your car would not go faster with a TH400/TH350?

Not that it needs to go any faster as is lol
