How would there be enough tension for the crank to spin the p/s and the alternator?
It looks like all three pulleys are right in line with each other. If that is the case the belt will only touch maybe an inch of the balancer pulley on the top and at the bottom. That won't be enough grip to spin the 2 acessories. Maybe i'm looking at it wrong or something though.

it will bolt on top of the oil pump drive, with the tabs to lock it in place. So if the composite drive breaks, the drive will not be able to pop out of engagement with the oil pump shaft. I will get a quote from the waterjet guy on monday, 12ga steel should work nicely.

+1 on the roots blower, all the prototypes have fallen through. I think a drop in LS1 lid swap would sell as well. Maybe an affordable alternative intake besides a single plane connversion, something between stock and the miniram. I remember seeing a post about a TIPS 383 being tested with a stock ported LT1 and a Miniram and the Miniram made over 30 more at the crank, so roughly 25 or so more at the wheels. Im sure if a proven design could be made for $4-600 it would sell.

How about a ready to go, bare 8.8 housing w/ TQ arm mount. For those of us with no welder or fab skills. Make it ready to swap into the 4th gen, with all mounts. Just have the buyer purchase axles, carriers, gears, bearings, etc....and the buyer can have it assembled locally.
Let me know when the oil pressure saver and coolant crossover are ready.

more info and pics on this. I noticed the underdrive pulley being capable of being used when I did my alt. relocation. But what power steering pump/mount bracket/pulley? I'd really like to do an old school type of pump with it's own fluid container, instead of our remote fluid container.

I've got a few things on the table for improving the LTx platform...
Plug-n-Play Optispark Eliminator
"Oil Pressure Saver" previously discontinued
Opti-housed cam sensor for aftermarket EFI systems
Fiberglass molded over-the-radiator intakes (filtered & open ram-air versions)
Modified 7000+ RPM capable PCM, possibly with low-Z injector capability
AFFORDABLE 7500 RPM Capable Hydraulic Roller valvetrain package
Any suggestions, or things that you would like to see brought into the dying LTx aftermarket? Like previously mentioned, this isn't my road to early retirement, but I do enjoy R&D and seeing useful products come to life so lets hear it
*AN coolant crossover*
*over the radiator for T/A bumper*
