17"s on Trans ams
17"s on Trans ams I want to see some good pics of trans ams with 17" wheels. Im thinking of getting some chrome 17" DD C6 Z06 wheels from OE wheels.Ive seen a few cars on here running them but they are all 18s and 19s. I know 18s will look better, but for a daily driver, I cant afford paying 900-1200 bucks for a set of tires every year. I can get 17" tires for like 500-600. Im not specifially looking for the exact wheels Im buying, but want to get an idea of what 17s look like on trans ams. I like 17's on camaros but they dont have the body kit around the bottom like the birds.
Please list springs if you are lowered.
If 17s look too dinky Ill just suck it up and go 18s all around or maybe staggered 18s/17s.

The blue trans am in the pic above looks awesome. They really flow with the car, especially being lowered. And 95 TRANS AM, thanks for the pic. I think 17s look good on the front of our cars but Im more worried about the back. Id like to go with the same size tires all the way around so I can rotate them.

here's my 95 with black ZR1's 17x9.5 all the way around with 275/40/17 (stock WS6 size tire). My car is not lowered.

NICE, 1995. That's the ride height I'd like to get BACK TO. Adding all the aftermarket suspension goodies slowly jacks these cars up.

Since I thought I was done with F-bodies I let my TTM's go with my Formula...would have looked really good on my Trans Am...
