Default Gets warm and dies...stumped

So the car is being tempermental for whatever reason Car has a LE 226/234 cam on a 109lsa, all the supporting valvetrain on stock heads/intake/tb, deleted all emissions extras, ewp lpp longtubes blah blah blah. Anyway the car will start up fine, idles fine and drive great until it gets warmed up...than it dies unless you give it gas but will start up and still idle fine. It had previously thrown an o2 code but that was awhile ago from an exhaust leak which has been fixed and o2s have been replaced, this issue begain a month or so ago so i just dont drive the car. Car has a mail order madz28 tune and its running rich. Have an appt set for a dyno tune with SRE but wanna make sure the car is ready to go so any ideas or help is appreciated.

ICM overheating is a common cause for this. Do the cooling mid, or get some of that chiller spray to diagnose.

forgot all about that, cooling mod is done if it doesnt solve the issue no biggie was only 10mins worth of work and most of that was just trying to find an adequate spacer in my messy garage. Preciate the advice

still happens... guess ill try to borrow one and see if it still happens. Ive been told to check the IAC as well so does that sound feasible also?

It could be that or the EGR (if you stil have one). I am chasing a similar issue and I have searched every board and it is present on every board but the OP NEVER comes back to tell what it was lol.......I will

Autozone can test the ICM. Have them do it repeatedly to see if it passes after it warms up. The coil can break down under heat as well.

What gets me, is that the only other device that acts like a bad o2 is a faulty temp sensor (In the pump). Have you checked that out?

take the ICM apart & put Dielectric grease between all the mating surfaces IF you dont use it they heat up & shut off This in turn causes premature Failure
