I know someone that did extensive testing with the Hogans sheet metal intake ..Ended up as a very expensive candy dish. Hope you have better luck Ellis.

There was one similar to that one on another Camaro right? I remember seeing one on CZ28.com years ago

Not sure i have not been there in a while. I have had this one and the matching heads since 03-04

Chris my testing showed that the very best flow was straight down from the top with two four barrel TBs. But I did not really feel like cutting up the cowl or hood to make it work Front facing intakes have issues for sure.

I can't eat Candy anymore so I am forced to bolt it on the car for now

damn that looks good. Can't decide to sell my Hogan or build a motor that can handle all three stages that it's setup to take. This is definitely a little nudge for me to plumb it up and see what happens.

Looks really nice Ellis and I bet it will run 8's no problem once it's tuned. I know u have been collecting parts for this build but nowadays I would buy an 88mm turbo for $1,500 new, add ported Trickflows or AFR LT1 heads, custome turbo cam, compression, injectors, tune, E85 and make 1,500HP too. I am going with a Procharged BBC for now b/c it's here but turbos will be next for me. Later Clint

Hogans sheet metal intakes are wicked. Just ordered one for our Formula 396 build. I think it was around 3100-3200.
