big power n/a builds?

Maybe I'll pick up all those lost horsie powers...
If that were truly the case there would be signs of wear on the pushrod walls. I would somewhat agree if they were close to stock length, however mine are more than an inch shorter than stock.

heres the ones i run in mine........they barely make it out of the bore they are short.....but they are light!!
of course i run a muchhhhh longer pushrod.....a 1 piece 3/8" from CP

A pushrod that short though wont be as likely to flex as an 8"+ pushrod under tons of spring pressure, so diameter wont be as critical. I'd swap em anyway just as an experiment

I think my heads would have to be clearanced to accommodate 3/8" PR's, and because I don't see excessive wear on the PR walls, I don't think they are flexing. In your opinion, what kind of spring pressures need a 3/8" PR?
PR length, RPMs, and spring pressures all play a part so there isn't a set spring pressure across the board, but I have seen 3/8th PRs recommended for even mild SR builds with modest spring pressures.

my pushrods only look like tree stumps.....
