Default comp xfi 292 spring recomendation?

Need to place order 2moro for springs. What springs will work for this and leave some on the table for very near cam upgrade.I've searched and all I find is what not to use and that comps recommendation is far off. BTW the heads are lt4 and whats recomended install height? Thx for the help..part numbers if possible.

What does the cam card suggest for springs?
A call to comp is what I would do.

I run that cam 242/248, .584"/.579" with 918 beehives and have ZERO issues. Just make sure to get the install height correct. I had to order locks that moved the retainer up .050" to get the install height perfect. I run TFS 195 heads.
