so if i got a new BCM i could use my key from the 94 and it would work then right?

I had VATS tuned out of the PCM. The fuel pump still won't turn on when the key is turned. I am at a total loss now.

Are there any variations in wiring from v6 to v8 cars?

There is a big purple wire that runs to the pcm. That's the ignition wire. Scrape off some of the insulation and jump that wire to the battery. The car should crank...

it cranks but the fuel pump doesn't kick on
