lt1 wont go into closed loop
I'm using turbolink4.0 scanner software off the serial cable so happy it read my lt1.Running the car i'm getting a bad reading on the O2's right side is ready at 972mv but left side just stays around 524mv, causing the engine to stay in open loop and not learn. Does the pcm learn off the o2's to go into closed loop?
Here are my readings at idle

I got the new o2 delphi's installed loop is now closing but the learn process is still active. I now have a list of codes that poped up on my scanner thats in the video at 0:27. In the video you can see where i stomp the gas and the rtd timing goes up to 19 degrees and the tps stays at 4-5% idle will stay at 1500-2000rpm unless i tap the pedel. I'm leaning towards the opti at this moment but would like to see your comments on what the culprit might be. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yREfYnGVNe4

The idle problem sounds like a worn throttle body.
Some of those codes are opti related but others are not. I would clear them out and see what comes back first. Then, you can start with that code and diagnose it.
