Default Ai 385 LT1 Stroker Build and Pics

Finally getting around to posting my build and results. I am very happy with the way this thing runs! It has crazy power compared to my old "bolt on" LT1. From here on out i'm am all Advanced Induction! These guys are awesome to work with and are very helpful! They did an awesome job on my "street" cam, I am very please the way this thing runs. I also gotta give it to the guys in Wichita Kansas, SRE Performance was very helpful and tuned my car VERY well. They picked up 33rwhp from the mail order tune and made it run better all the way around. There are a few pics of the motor and build here, also dyno pics:

Thanks! No I havent had it to the track yet. I'm hoping it'll run low 12's high 11's with good traction and a little weight reduction (sub, seats etc.)

Low 12s? That thing will run deep 11s, maybe even bust into the high 10s if you've got the suspension and can drive. You're setup is incredibly similar to mine - no doubt it will exceed your expectations.

I can drive pretty decent..I just didint know with mine being a 6 speed. I have SFC's, LCA's, PHB, Bilstein Shocks/Struts. Right now I just have drag radials 315's on 17" rims. I just didnt want to get my hopes up for 11's and then run 12 something lol so, I kinda under rate it. The thing is pretty crazy though..I freaking love it! Might be a little much for a street car but thats what I wanted!

Nice build man . My project has progressed at a snails pace, but nice to see you rockin LT1. What cat back are you running to keep it quiet, when not running open cutouts?

Its a Borla (muffler only), stock tips out the back...lol I like to call it a sleeper but all my friends say even with it closed it still sounds like a bad ***!

Checked out your vids also...looks like you got yourself a runner too! sounds good man!

I had a 383 AI setup that put down 446/425. I went 11.67@121 with a shitty 1.85 60'. The car will be a solid 11 sec car without good traction.

With a m6 what rear do you have, if it's still the stock 10 bolt then start saving for something stouter like an S60, 9", 8.8 or 12 bolt.
