bad news on my lt1

Default bad news on my lt1
ok not the long ago my 96 t/a started smoking so i decided to takeit apart and i found a bent valve and cylinder 2 and 4 the valve guides are bad so its time to rebuild my heads i dont know how much they would charge me to do it but a friend of mine has a lt1 from a 96 camaro and has 96 k on it whats my best choice rebuild the heads or just put the other motor

instead of making another thread why not just use the one you already had?




best choice is to spray it!!! the nitrous will cool the valves, added heat from combustion will heat up the guides and help them mold back into the position they were and the problem will fix itself.
