Default LT1 PCM and HEI distributor

I have searched but didnt find much, I want to keep the PCM/EFI but want to use a regular hei dist for reliability. My reason is I don't trust a opti on an airboat in a very wet enviroment.

Anyone have any threads or websites with swaps and info?

Are you wanting to maintain the fuel injection?

Are you talking kinda like this. It's not very hard to do once you've seen it. Just use some creativity. This is a HEI distributor with the Opti wheel. You don't need a crank sensor or anything. It would probably be wise to use this with the Bailey LTCC system and the 8 coil packs. I'm not sure that I'd want 40,000 volts jumping around inside the device that uses the 5 volt PCM power......but that's just me. Others have used the regular old cap, rotor and wires with no problems.....I hear. I can't understand it but I do hear.
