LT1 PCM and HEI distributor
LT1 PCM and HEI distributor I have searched but didnt find much, I want to keep the PCM/EFI but want to use a regular hei dist for reliability. My reason is I don't trust a opti on an airboat in a very wet enviroment.

Are you talking kinda like this. It's not very hard to do once you've seen it. Just use some creativity. This is a HEI distributor with the Opti wheel. You don't need a crank sensor or anything. It would probably be wise to use this with the Bailey LTCC system and the 8 coil packs. I'm not sure that I'd want 40,000 volts jumping around inside the device that uses the 5 volt PCM power......but that's just me. Others have used the regular old cap, rotor and wires with no problems.....I hear. I can't understand it but I do hear.
