Theoretically these would be able to outflow pacesetters easily. Potential gains would probably be greater on the more heavily modified engines but I'm sure there is room for improvement on bolt on cars as well. I'm no header expert tho

If you have the coin companies like Kooks and Lemons will custom make you anything you want if you call and ask - both have jigs for our fourth gens. I will be having one of them make me some 1 7/8-2" stepped longtubes for my car once the motor is done.

Its not cheap, but not many people require big headers so of course with low demand they become hard to find and are expensive.

Yea these are insanely cheap for what you get. Makes you wonder what kind of slave labor ring they got running to afford to sell them that cheap .

If I was looking for a good header for a street car these would be first on my list, I wish they were around years ago before I bought my Pacesetters.

These are pictures of the Kooks 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 stepped headers with 3.5" collectors. As you can see, they are nearly identical to the OBX version.

I have wondered this too. LPP made the claim theirs were American made and I find that very hard to believe. I think they have made the process as efficient as possible plus I am sure they are using lower quality cheaper stainless. The welds also look so good they must be done by machine.

i had to pay an extra 30 bucks for state tax. Anyone else in cali had this happen? Still not bad, $360 shipped for stainless steel longtubes is a killer deal. Cant wait to receive them.

It's nice to finally get some more information on these....I've did some searching on here in the past with minimal results. I've had a set on my Ebay watchlist for about a year and a half now. LOL Subscribed to see them installed. Plug access and ground clearance will have to be great to make me leave my tpis longtubes. Although stainless does look soooo much better.

That's the only thing missing now is the install process and fitment. OBX may have to hire some temporary help soon.

Subscribed.

I still havnt bought mine yet.... I am worried about the idea that "if its too good to be true, it usually is".

Why are they so cheap??

Ive been looking at long tubes for a while now though and if these are as good as everyone says, then I will likely end up with them unless they raise the prices due to the increase in sales lately lol.

I am also wondering about gains here too.
With Intake,(not ram air) these headers, high flow cat and cat-back what can I expect??
Thanks.
