I did have the ZZ3 cam for awhile and it was nice but I feel it was the smallest cam worth considering swapping. The Lingenfelter is just a little more duration and more lift, seen some really good results from it.

On the headers thing I have bought three sets for this car 1 5/8 midlengths, 1 5/8 Tri-Ys and 1 3/4" 4into1 the midlengths and tri-Ys I used on my old 190cc AI setup and I really saw no difference between them but the midlengths did not clear the number 6 plug on the aluminum heads, had to grind down the tip of the plug and hammer the hell out of the tube then use a stock thin plugwire.

Pat(bowtienut) is using the 1 5/8" tri-Ys on his car so they obviously work well, though at his level I think he would benefit from a 4into1.

Flowtech Afterburners are a good budget header. The fit real well with only some mild bending of the one A/C line. As for the #5 & #7 plug wires. I routed the # 5 through the metal channel and back around to clear the header tube. I had all the pics on my photobucket but I deleted them. here's one though.

Actually I swapped to 1-3/4" LT's about a year ago. Surprisingly, I can't really say they added much over the Tri-Y's. .05 sec and .5 mph at MOST. All I can say for sure is that performance didn't decrease.
Those Tri-Y's are impressive.
