1.6 roller rockers and new valve springs, if you don't want to crack open the motor. If opening it up is not a concern, then a better cam along with the rollers and springs.

I'm going with 555r on my wheels. Hope to get under a 2.0 60' at the track. I was trapping faster than most of the cars there but was losing with my 2.4 60 time. Lol.

I cut a 2.0 on cheap street tires through a m6 and a completely stock suspension.

I was doing 1.94 on the brake and leaving the line up on the stock converter at about 1400 rpm, brakes would hold it no more than that.

I need the driver mod. It was my second time to the track with the M6, the first trip I got in one run. Im hoping with the Nittos the will make up the difference of my shitty driving.

You've covered most of the cheaper mods. Only cheap boltons left, are underdrive pulley, TB bypass, MSD coil, and airfoil they may only net you 5 to 8 hp. Without getting in the motor your about maxed out.

Gears, stall and shift kit were good mods now you need to build a H/C/I motor.

Personally I would go with some suspension, tire, and nitrous.

Rear suspension. Lower Control Arm relocation brackets, Lower Control Arms, Torque Arm, could relocate the battery to the trunk, Nitrous as stated. No need for 1.7 rockers. 1.6 yes.

I dont know 1/4 mile times but a step from 2.73 to a 3.73 is a big difference.
